My name is Josh Marchán, aka sykopomp, and I’m a self-taught programmer, systems administrator, technologist, and game designer/developer. I mainly develop web software using Common Lisp, JavaScript, HTML5 tools, CSS, and all that jazz. That said, I have a wide variety of interests within the programming world that are not limited to Common Lisp, and I enjoy dabbling with other technologies. I’m fairly active as an open source/free software developer, and you can find me and my projects on Github.
Sykosomatic is an ongoing project aiming to build an interactive, cooperative storytelling game. Although I might post project-specific updates, I mainly use this blog to discuss various topics, technologies, and challenges related to web development, designing programs, Object-oriented and Functional programming, project management, Free Software, and related tools like Emacs.
The goal is to share what I learn in the process of writing my dream application.
